Exchanges & Returns

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order or you would like to return an item, we have a simple return policy. Make sure to print and fill out the return form and send it along, inside your return package. The return costs will be provided by yourself. You may return your order within the reflection period of 14 calendar days after receiving your order. We can only accept a return when the item or items are undamaged, unworn and with the original product label still attached.

Please note that earrings are excluded from returns and refunds due to hygienic reasons.
