  • How do I track my order?
    After your order has been packed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
  • How do I change/cancel my order?
    If your order has not been processed yet you are able to change or cancel it. However, if your order has already been processed it's not possible to change or cancel it.
  • How do i get in contact with VJ?
    We are happy to answer any question you may have, whether it's about an item, your order or shipment. Just make sure to send your question to info@vevinia.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Can I return my order?
    If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order or you would like to return an item, we have a simple return policy. Make sure to print and fill out the return form and send it along, inside your return package. The return costs will be provided by yourself. Check out our 'Exchanges & Return' section for more information. Please note that earrings are excluded from returns and refunds due to hygienic reasons.
  • How much are the shipping costs?
    You will find the total amount of your order in your cart along with the shipping costs. €3,95 on orders below €50 Free shipping for orders over €50
