All items are tested by our own team to guarantee a carefree jewellery wear for you. If there were to be a production defect to an item you ordered within 12 months after purchase date, please contact us and we will find a solution together.

However, this does not include any intentional damage done, or improper usage of an item. As we take our responsibility seriously to guarantee durable and high quality items, we are certain you understand the importance of handling your purchased items with care.
